Controlled synthetic prototype

Support boundary

Support access is time-bound, purpose-specific and logged.

Platform operators never receive blanket customer-content access. Any support entry into a tenant would be scoped, approved, time-limited and recorded in the audit chain.

Routes

Where a question actually goes.

Prototype questions

Use controlled discovery. There is no production support queue for a G0–G2 prototype.

Governance and policy

Routed to the named governance owner. Legal and privacy conclusions are not answered from a marketing surface.

Accessibility barriers

Routed to the accessibility owner, who is pending appointment. Barriers are recorded rather than closed silently.

Security disclosure

A production process would publish a coordinated disclosure route with an acknowledgement commitment. None is claimed yet.

No service level, response time or availability commitment is offered for this prototype.

Controlled next step

Raise it through controlled discovery.

One route, a named purpose, and a human who can actually answer — rather than a ticket form that implies a service that does not exist yet.
